Josh and Kristin Wyatt have been married for nearly 15 years and are passionate about walking alongside couples and families as they grow in faith and connection. Together, they are raising two children—one in college and one in middle school—which gives them firsthand experience with the joys and challenges of different family seasons.

Josh began ministry in 2011 as a youth pastor and now serves as the Lead Pastor at Crossroads Church. Kristin serves alongside him and is a certified family life coach with an educational background in marriage and family studies, bringing both professional insight and biblical wisdom into their work with couples and families. Josh and Kristin believe strong marriages and healthy families are at the heart of a thriving church, and their desire is to encourage, equip, and inspire others to build Christ-centered homes.
