Please pray that God helps me in every area of my life. Pray that He gives me complete freedom and removes anything trying to hold me down or keep me stuck. Ask God to break every chain, shut down every negative influence, and clear away anything working against my peace or my life. Pray that His protection surrounds me, that His strength covers me, and that He pulls me out of anything that is not from Him, and that God stops any spirits that are bothering me, touching me, making noises in my ears, not letting me sleep, disturbing me, or doing anything else to me, and that He completely protects me from all of it.
