Lord,

I come to You carrying grief, responsibility, and uncertainty. Since my sister passed away, life has changed in so many ways, but I thank You for giving me the strength to take in my nephew and be there for him during one of the hardest times in his life.

You know the sacrifices that have been made — moving into a two-bedroom home so he could have a room of his own, missing work because childcare has been hard to find, and doing everything possible to help him adjust after moving from out of state. Some days feel overwhelming, but I trust that You see every tear, every late night, every bill, every worry, and every act of love.

Please continue to guide me through this guardianship journey. Give me patience when I’m exhausted, peace when I’m stressed, and wisdom to make the right decisions for him. Help my nephew heal from the loss of his mother and let him always feel safe, loved, and protected.

Lord, provide for us financially, emotionally, and spiritually. Open doors for support, stability, and resources. Remind me that even when things get hard, I am not alone in carrying this responsibility.

Thank You for giving me the heart to step up when family needed me most. I pray for strength, healing, comfort, and brighter days ahead.
